I have a 4x6 section on my sidewalk in front of my house that needs to come out. Eventually my tree roots are pushing the section up. I had to get a permit from the city to do this. You don't need to be a contractor since I told them I'm doing the work.
Basically, I need someone that has a sledgehammer or a jackhammer to break up, then take out roots and treat it. I have the treatment, then it needs to be framed, and then new cement poured.
The city also wants to inspect what we have done before the new cement is poured.
I will help you move the old cement and take it away!
