I am seeking a Male House Cleaner whom also has experience as a Handy Man and enjoys Cleaning and Fixing things in and outside the home! Age is not relevant though attention to detail is required.
You will be immediately paid a Flat Rate of $50 for one hour of Handy Man Task, some of these request include:
Taking down a Christmas Tree
Repairing a Shifting Toilet Seat
Repairing a Broken Vacuum
Assembly of Home Gadgets
Put up a Kitchen Curtain Topper/Valace
Blowing the Porch of Home
Taking out Trash
Repairing a Printer
Completing Set Up of a Child's Projector
Pulling Weeds
Home Cleaning will need to be conducted twice a month. [every 2 weeks] A full list of duties will be sent to your email ASAP. Pay will be
$130 every other week with a $20 Bonus on the final week of each month

Return the following day to begin House Cleaning
I prefer a Male due to in my experience there is less Chatter and Man tend to be more focused
