Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Duct Cleaning Technician to join our team. As a Duct Cleaning Technician, you will be responsible for inspecting, cleaning, decontamination, disinfection and maintaining HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) systems in residential and commercial buildings. Your meticulous attention to detail and technical expertise will ensure the efficient operation of ductwork and improve indoor air quality for our valued customers. We work mainly throughout the Albuquerque area, but with opportunities to travel throughout the states.
You will be required to spend 1-2 days out of state for formal training with one of our equipment manufacturers and partners. at our expense. So you should be able and prepared to fly.

Responsibilities:
A· Perform thorough inspections of HVAC systems, including ductwork, vents, registers, and filters.
B· Clean and sanitize ductwork using industry standard equipment and techniques to remove dust, debris, and contaminants. However, our equipment and protocols are above the industry standards
C· Conduct visual assessments to identify potential issues or damage within the ductwork and report findings to supervisors or customers.
D· Use specialized tools, such as rotary brushes, vacuums, and compressed air devices, to remove accumulated dirt, mold, allergens, and other pollutants from ducts.
E· Collaborate with customers to explain the importance of duct cleaning, answer questions, and provide recommendations for ongoing maintenance.
F· Document all work performed, including cleaning procedures, findings, and any recommended repairs or upgrades.
G· Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area at all times.
H· Stay updated on industry advancements, new equipment, and techniques related to duct cleaning.
Requirements:
A· High school diploma or equivalent.
B· Proven experience in duct cleaning or a related field is preferred.
C· Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including ductwork layout and components.
D· Ability to climb extension ladders and work at heights greater than 30 feet.
E· Familiarity with industry best practices, regulations, and safety guidelines.
F· Ability to operate duct cleaning equipment, hand tools, and power tools safely and efficiently.
G· Excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail.
H· Physical stamina to perform manual labor and work in confined spaces.
I· Strong communication and customer service skills.
J· Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
K· Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as needed.
L· Willingness to travel within the United States.
