Oaks Queenstown Shores Resort are looking for a full-time Executive Sous Chef to join their talented and passionate culinary team.Key Responsibilities Include:Lead and mentor the kitchen team to deliver exceptional food quality, consistency, and presentation across all outlets.Collaborate closely with the Executive Chef to develop and execute innovative menus that showcase seasonal and local ingredients.Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring smooth service, adherence to food safety standards, and efficient workflow.Manage stock control, ordering, and cost management to maintain profitability without compromising quality.Assist in preparing rosters, training, and performance management to build a motivated and high-performing team.Uphold a culture of excellence, creativity, and teamwork within the kitchen.
