Joseph's Culinary Pub is currently hiring for a full time Maître d'. This position would likely be trained into a full time floor manager/dining room manager position.
Candidate should have at least 3 years in Fine Dining in the last 2 years to apply. We prefer a candidate with Fine Food and Wine Knowledge and great communication and customer service skills. Working knowledge of OpenTable is a MUST.
This job is very interactive with our guests. Candidate should possess strong interpersonal skills. As you would be running the flow of the evening, organization is key here. You would be responsible for:
Greeting and Seating Guests
Controlling flow between front and back of house
Answering Phones and booking reservations and large parties
assisting servers in all guest needs
communication and direction of support staff
checking in with guests and maintaining communication/guest relations
