Caregiver wanted for sweet elderly lady with mid-stage dementia. We are seeking a committed, patient, easy going woman, who has good communication skills, is efficient with tasks and proficient at navigating shifting daily needs.
Duties include: Doing errands, food shopping and organizing, light cooking, light daily cleaning, conversation and companionship.
Prior caregiving experience is preferred, but for the right person not absolutely necessary. At least 2 good references are required.
The job entails about 10-15 hours a week, live-in option which would include a private bedroom + an extra room that could be used as office or private living space and semi private bathroom.
Applicants must have their own car, speak fluent English and be willing to sign up with a state agency which includes a background check.
