Our company needs to hire an Organizer / Personal Assistant.
We have a house, a warehouse, a vacant lot, and eight storage lockers full of art, furniture, memorabilia, photographs, plans, sentimental treasures, and trash. During 2026, we need to catalog the works of art in our collections, sell the other half, and throw away the trash. We also need to develop and expand our company’s social media. We’ll pay you to jump into the deep end of these projects.
This is not a hobby. This is work. If you can’t concentrate, don’t apply. We need an Organizer / Personal Assistant who’s curious. We need an ambitious, aesthetically driven individual who wants to learn about the art market. If you can concentrate, and you value your own productivity, there’s enough work here to keep you busy for the next three years.
You’ll travel to auctions, art shows, galleries, and museums. You’ll do mundane work like paying bills, and contacting health care and insurance companies. You’ll deal with architects, contractors, electricians, locksmiths, security companies, and web designers. If you’re proficient in InDesign, Photoshop, and Planoly, that will help. If you like to learn, and bring genuine enthusiasm to each challenge, we’ll pay a premium for what you do best.
You won‘t be paid by the hour. You’ll get a monthly salary. This is not a side hustle, a remote job, or a part-time position. It’s a full-time job. We can afford a skilled candidate. If you’ve already spent time in the art market, interior design, or landscape design, you’ll be rewarded for your experience.
