Public Area Attendant

About the RoleAs a Public Area Attendant, you will play a key role in keeping our hotel’s public spaces pristine, welcoming, and safe. You will ensure all front-of-house and back-of-house spaces reflect our commitment to exceptional guest service and Accor’s Heartist culture.Your responsibilities include:Cleaning and maintaining all public areas, corridors, lobby, lifts, washrooms and back-of-house zones.Completing routine and programmed cleaning tasks.Using cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and effectively.Reporting maintenance issues, hazards, or faulty equipment.Securing keys and maintaining safety of public spaces.Supporting Accor’s environmental programDelivering excellent service and interacting positively with guests and team members.Participating in required training, briefings, and Accor Academy modules.
