Assist senior management in the creation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Conduct detailed financial analysis and report on variances to support strategic decision-making.
Manage general ledger activities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and maintaining financial records.
Ensure compliance with internal controls and policies to safeguard financial integrity.
Assist in budget preparation and forecasting, providing insights and analysis as required.
Facilitate intercompany transactions and perform reconciliations accurately.
Stay abreast of industry standards and regulatory changes, implementing best practices as needed.
Support process improvement initiatives to enhance financial efficiency and accuracy.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
