We are looking for an enthusiastic, “people person” with stellar oral and written communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and a track record of dedication and loyalty in your professional journey. Substantial experience as a dental assistant is required, advanced certification is preferred.
The key responsibilities of a Dental Assistant at Morrison Dental Care include, but are not limited to:
1. Assist our skilled dental team in various clinical procedures including implant placement;
2. Maintain accurate, detailed, compliant, and timely patient dental records;
3. Ensure a hygienic and organized clinical environment including prepare, maintain, and sterilize
dental instruments and equipment, as well as operatories;
4. Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care; and
5. Assist doctors and staff in treatment consultations
The Morrison Dental Care Team of 15 staff includes 2 doctors and 3 hygienists is a pillar in the community treating patients for over 30 years. The office is extremely fast-paced and committed to impeccable patient care and attention. The average length of employment for our staff is over 10 years! We are looking for someone LONG-TERM to grow with us.
Our office schedule varies week to week and planned approximately 6 months in advance. The office is open 4 days a week for 32 to 35 hours. No weekends. Total compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience.
