Design/Build Project Manager $110,000 - $135,000/year

Bast Hatfield needs a project manager to handle new Design/Build clients who can share the vision of the project and has the passion to get it done!Bast Hatfield has been named a Top Work Place by the Times Union for 12years running. Superintendents lead field crews; this is mostly an office position with local travel for meetings & jobsite visits.Primary Work ActivitiesReview changing architectural plans to ensure constructabilityEffectively manage projects in different markets (commercial, retail, hospitality, etc)Change order and contract managementSubmittals, RFIs, schedule creation/maintenance, pay apps & relatedBuyouts & scope confirmationsFacilitate in-house labor planningQualificationsThe AMBITION to EXCEL in your career.3 years minimum experience working as a project manager in the construction field for commercial and/or public works project as a GENERAL CONTRACTOR.Experience with both PUBLIC and PRIVATE work a plus.Hands on field experience also a plus.BS in Civil, Structural or Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management preferred.
