Overview
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Installer with experience in roofing, window, and door installation. The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to complete projects safely, efficiently, and to a high standard of quality.
Responsibilities:
Install and replace roofing systems (slate, shingle, flat, or other types as applicable).
Install and replace windows and doors, ensuring proper fit, insulation, and finish.
Follow blueprints, drawings, and work orders to ensure accurate installations.
Safely use hand and power tools to complete assigned tasks.
Maintain a clean and organized job site.
Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and customers.
Adhere to all company safety procedures and OSHA regulations.
Perform inspections and quality checks to ensure work meets company standards.
Experience:
3+ years of experience in roofing, window, or door installation (multi-trade experience preferred).
Strong understanding of construction practices, measurements, and materials.
Ability to lift 75+ lbs, climb ladders, and work in various weather conditions.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
