Maintenance Person

Looking for someone who is handy for a variety of odd maintenance jobs at an apartment complex. You would respond to tenants repair requests. You would need to know some electrical, plumbing, minor repairs. The complex is having a complete remodel, all new roofs , interiors and mechanicals. We would like someone with their own tools and truck. You would be keeping an eye on the complex, making sure it is safe and clean. Keeping the work shop organized and stocked for miscellaneous parts. Ability to communicate well and have a kind disposition for dealing with tenants. We need someone to be organized, keep track of things like meter numbers and up to date tenant contacts. Need a reliable person with reliable transportation.
