Job description
We are seeking a Maintenance Technician with strong carpentry skills and and with all-around maintenance experience to become a part of our team! Must possess basic plumbing and electrical skills and knowledge of appliance repair.
Responsibilities:
Apartment renovations (carpentry)
Install pex, and repair leaks,
Repair major and minor issues with equipment and buildings
Complete maintenance and repair work orders, in a timely fashion
Appliance repair
Maintain a clean and a safe workspace
Perform other duties, as assigned
Perform on-call rotation
Qualifications:
Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
Familiarity with hand-held tools and equipment
Deadline and detail-oriented
Ability to handle physical workload
Clean driving record with current license
Must be willing to travel out of state (M-F) as needed
