Part-time maintenance worker needed for commercial properties in downtown Troy
Duties include:
- Routine upkeep
- Minor repairs
- Building maintenance
- Light snow removal / ice mitigation
- Light HVAC / plumbing repairs and maintenance
- Trash removal
Ideally 24 hours per week but we are open to more if requested. Prior maintenance experience required. General HVAC and plumbing experience is a plus
