Must have an understanding of the processes that might be required to estimate a part.
Must have good typing skills & have a working knowledge of computers so you are able to send & receive information through emails.
Must be able to do research on the computer to find information.
Must have good phone skills, to be able to talk to suppliers to get the information required to put a estimate together.
Must be able to meet deadlines
Cleans and maintains an orderly work area.
Determines and documents machine set ups processes as required.
Work with a Engineer & learn how to define process & methods in the manufacturing of Mechanical & Sheet Metal Parts.
