Field Operations and Shift Manager

Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Field Operations and Shift Manager in Brooklyn, New York. The selected candidate will primarily oversee the scheduling of a diverse team of carpenters, among other responsibilities. This role has a significant focus on administrative tasks and requires fluency in both English and Spanish. The ability to travel between job sites within Brooklyn is essential for this role.Responsibilities: Manage scheduling for a team of approximately 20 independent carpenters. Ensure fluent communication with the team in both English and Spanish. Travel between different job sites in Brooklyn as required. Utilize Microsoft Excel and other software for administrative tasks. Oversee the process of employee timesheets, including reviewing and processing them. Assist with onboarding new team members, ensuring a smooth integration into the team. Involve in administrative assistance in various construction projects. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all activities. Resolve any issues or inquiries related to timesheets and scheduling promptly and efficiently.
