Description Jenny Bour with Robert Half is working with a growing organization that is looking for an Employee Relations Specialist to join their team! We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Employee Relations Specialist to manage all aspects of employee relations within the organization. This role involves providing expert guidance to both management and staff, ensuring legal HR compliance, and conducting training for multiple teams. Oversee all employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, grievance handling, and fostering a positive work environment.

Provide expert advice and support to both management and staff on employee relations issues, policies, and procedures.

Conduct regular training sessions for the leadership team on best practices in employee relations and legal compliance.

Ensure the organization is compliant with all relevant labor laws and HR regulations. Stay updated on legal requirements and manage compliance issues proactively.

Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures that support a fair and respectful workplace.

Address and resolve employee conflicts and complaints in a fair and consistent manner.

Maintain accurate records of all employee relations issues and actions taken.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.

5+ years of experience in Human Resources with a focus on employee relations.

In-depth knowledge of labor laws, HR compliance, and best practices in employee relations.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Strong ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.

Experience in conducting training sessions for management and staff is highly desired.
