General Position Summary:

Magnum First is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Integrator to join our team. As a Systems Integrator, you will play a key part in the design, implementation, and optimization of BMS systems for building automation projects.

The primary focus of this position is to provide support services to our existing customers, system upgrades, and work with the team to develop complete Building Management Systems. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal performance of our wireless components which contribute to our clients’ smooth-running building automation systems.

We also expect some programming in FIN. We will train if you have basic IP, networking and programming skills.

What You'll Do/ Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Program wireless sensors and insert into our Eboxes, a device to convert Enocean signals to BacNet over IP or MQTT to a server

- Set up the Eboxes with the proper networking protocal

- Work with the customer’s IT team to allow the EBoxes to be seen at their location

- Develop graphics, sequence of operation and control using either our Venergy software or by using our Edge unit and programming in FIN.

- Provide the labor and expertise for the preparation and delivery of graphical user interfaces when required for projects based on design and contractual obligations.

- Determine equipment needs and parts required for customer’s system performance and pro-actively identify problems.

- Perform integration services to third-party legacy systems using published software drivers, BacNet, LON and Modbus protocols.

- Deliver technical support and training as required by end users.

- Complete required documentation for work performed or other contractual obligation

- Troubleshoot local controllers, communication wiring, programs, and schedules to identify concerns and determine corrective action.

- Ensures proper Measurement and Verification (M&V) equipment functionality, including accurate data recording and storage.

- Perform installations, start-ups & commissioning as needed.

- Participate in project pre-planning process; leads execution

- Evaluate scope changes, additional work orders and elements.

- Mentors less senior technicians.

Our Ideal Candidate Must-Have’s/ Knowledge, Skills and Education Qualifications:

- Must have a minimum of (2) years' experience as a Building Automation

- Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships.

- Strong communication skills - both orally and written

- Knowledge of computers and various operating systems and latest software.

- Must be able to work unsupervised and independently.

- Ability to troubleshoot and conduct repairs

- Strong electrical and mechanical system knowledge.

- Experience with electronics and basic electrical circuits.

- HVAC and Mechanical system experience

- Computer and networking skills

- Proficiency with building automation systems for controlling standard

- Working knowledge of BACnet control systems

- Familiar with RF protocols such as EnOcean and Lora
