Growing Real Estate company seeking flexible, trustworthy and versatile handyman for "AS NEEDED" tenant maintenance and repair requests during the course of a given day AND WEEKENDS WHEN NECESSARY.
Handyman Knowledge Requirements:
Must have a flexible schedule
Must have knowledge of light plumbing (must have snake for light unclogging) and knowledge of light electrical (adding fixtures, changing plugs etc).
Must have a smart phone and know how to text and receives texts (preferably iPhone)
Must have knowledge of carpentry (changing windows, fixing doors, tiles, adding locks, adding cabinets, countertops etc).
Must possess basic tools to complete routine maintenance
Handyman Profile:
The ideal candidate for the position will be someone who is seeking additional income to supplement their main income stream. This position is NOT FULL TIME and WILL NOT be enough to rely on for a main job.
Compensation
You will submit invoices for all work performed and payment will be made immediately. THERE WILL BE A 1099 issued at the end of the year for all payments received during the current year for IRS filing. This is NOT a cash deal so please DO NOT respond if you are seeking under the table income. WE PAY ALL TAXES AND EXPECT THOSE WHO WORK FOR US TO DO THE SAME.
