Monday - Friday! No weekends, No On Call!$325,000-$450,000 with great experience!Responsibilities:Clinical Practice (50%):Provide direct patient care for 75% of working hours.Deliver comprehensive medical services to patients of all ages, focusing on preventive care, chronic disease management, and acute care needs.Collaborate with behavioral health team members to provide integrated care for patients with co-occurring medical and behavioral health conditions.Demonstrate clinical leadership and serve as a role model for evidence-based practice and patient-centered care.Participate in regular case conferences and interdisciplinary team meetings to coordinate care plans for complex patients.Administrative Duties (60%):Provide leadership, collaborate with other team leaders and oversee clinical operations to ensure efficient workflows, high-quality care delivery, and compliance with regulatory standards.Supervise Advanced Practice Providers (APPs), providing mentorship, guidance, and support in clinical decision-making.Develop and implement practice policies, protocols, and quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.Collaborate with executive leadership and program leaders to develop strategic plans and initiatives for practice growth.Serve as a liaison between clinical and administrative staff, and the organization as a whole to facilitate effective communication and teamwork.Qualifications:

Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited medical school.

Board Certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or medicine/pediatrics.

Active and unrestricted medical license in NYS.

Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in primary care practice.

Previous leadership experience in a clinical setting preferred.
