The Medical Driver for Disabled Individuals serves as support to get individuals to appointments and ensures safety of the individuals by complying with all speed limits and safe driving practices. Serves as a role model and advocate; ensures individuals’ safety by assisting with providing consistent supervision and observation at medical appointments, in the Day Habilitation Setting and/or Residence.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: A High School Diploma, valid non-restrictive NYS driver’s license, at least two years of driving experience is required. As well as some experience or willingness to serve people who are mentally/physically disabled.Minimum Salary: 15.50
