Operate pharmaceutical compression machines in line with established procedures and guidelines.
Set up and adjust machine settings to meet desired tablet specifications, including size, weight, and hardness.
Monitor machine operation and performance to ensure consistent production of quality tablets.
Conduct regular equipment inspections to identify and address any issues or malfunctions.
Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and lubricating machinery, to maintain optimal performance.
Troubleshoot equipment problems and make necessary adjustments or repairs to minimize downtime.
Follow safety protocols and adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) at all times.
Document production activities, including machine settings, batch records, and quality control data.
Collaborate with quality assurance personnel to conduct in-process inspections and sample finished products.
Assist in training new employees and provide guidance and support as needed.
