Scheduler, Operations Mgr and Customer Liason for tree crews

Full time position to schedule 3-4 tree crews per day. Must learn each crew member's skills, what each truck and chipper's capabilities are and put work days together to optimize the crew time and equipment. Must confirm dates with clients and make changes daily due to weather, equipment break-downs, employee illness and client change requests. Must interface daily with sales staff and HR/Office Manager regarding client communication, feedback about job execution, completion or additional work needed and invoicing. This is a fast paced job with many moving parts and requires a high level of organization, commitment, attention to detail, resilience and willingness to take calls and revise schedules in the evenings.
