Job Description: Spinning / Indoor Cycling Instructor
We are seeking a high-energy, motivating, and certified Spinning/Indoor Cycling Instructor to join our fitness team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fitness, music, and community, and will create an engaging experience that challenges and inspires participants of all fitness levels.
Responsibilities:
Plan and lead safe, fun, and effective indoor cycling classes.
Deliver a motivating, music-driven workout that energizes and inspires participants.
Provide modifications and progressions to accommodate all fitness levels.
Create a welcoming, inclusive, and encouraging environment.
Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and reliability for scheduled classes.
Build positive relationships with members to foster retention and community.
Stay current on fitness trends, safety standards, and class programming techniques.
Qualifications:
Current certification in Spinning, Indoor Cycling, or Group Fitness (ACE, AFAA, ISSA, or equivalent).
CPR/AED certification preferred.
Strong communication and motivational skills.
Ability to connect with participants and create a fun atmosphere.
Passion for health, fitness, and inspiring others.
