We are located in Yonkers (mostly all rides originate from Yonkers) We service lower Westchester, the Bronx, Brooklyn, Manhattan, Queens
We do Medicaid Transportation
Our hours of operation are 530am-8pm Monday-Friday and 530am-6pm on Saturday on a as needed basis
Requirements are as follows:
MUST HAVE YOUR OWN VEHICLE!
Valid NYS drivers license
Valid Registration
Valid Insurance
Clean vehicle inside and out
NON SMOKING VEHICLE
MUST HAVE A WORKING PHONE IN ORDER TO UPLOAD THE APP NEEDED TO RECEIVE TRIPS
You will be an independent contractor (1099) employee therefore there are no benefits and you will have to pay your own taxes
PAY RATE IS 50% OF EACH RIDE(THERE IS NO SET PAY IT VARIES DEPENDING ON THE RIDES)
Pay day is every Saturday before 5pm via Zelle Apple pay
YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING YOUR OWN TAXES WE DO NOT TAKE OUT TAXES
You will receive a 1099 form mid January which will only include what you earned
CDL AND TLC IS NOT REQUIRED! YOU WILL HAVE TO TAKE A MANDATORY TRAINING COURSE ADMINISTERED FROM MEDICAID WHICH HAS A $55.00 FEE AND MUST BE TAKEN EVERY TWO YEARS
