RAMEN STATION COOK

The Soul of Our Kitchen

- Master the art of perfect broth management and noodle timing

- Assemble beautiful, consistent ramen bowls with speed and care

- Maintain station organization during high-volume service

- Develop deep knowledge of our signature broths and flavor profiles

You'll Excel If You Are:

- Passionate about ramen and Japanese cuisine

- Able to work with precision while maintaining timing

- Experienced with soup/broth cooking techniques

STIR FRY and GRILL STATION COOK

The Heart of Our Menu

- Expertly prepare proteins for signature donburi and appetizers

- Master precise cooking temperatures and timing

- Ensure consistent portioning and presentation

- Maintain grill cleanliness and equipment care

- Consistency and Speed is what we look for and value

You'll Excel If You Are:

- Experienced with protein cooking and temperature control

- Able to handle multiple orders with different timings

- Detail-oriented with plating and presentation

FRY STATION COOK

The Crisp in Our Kitchen

- Create perfectly fried items with consistent texture and color

- Master oil temperature management and batching techniques

- Ensure proper draining and finishing of fried items

- Monitor oil quality and maintain fryer equipment

You'll Excel If You Are:

- Experienced with fryer station operations

- Methodical about timing and temperature control

- Committed to consistency in each batch

REQUIREMENTS

- 1+ years of kitchen line cook experience

- Food Handler's Certificate (or willing to obtain within 30 days)

- Reliable transportation to Mineola, NY location

- Availability for evening and weekend shifts

- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
