Job description
The Dental Treatment Coordinator is responsible for coordinating all aspects of patient care, including scheduling appointments, processing insurance claims, and collecting payments. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of dental procedures and insurance billing, as well as excellent communication and customer service skills.
Responsibilities:
-Schedule appointments and confirm patient information
-Process insurance claims and collect payments
-Communicate with patients about their insurance coverage and financial obligations
-Knowledge of ADA codes
-Gathering insurance breakdowns and checking eligibility to quote patients properly.
-Maintain patient records
-Assist with administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
-High school diploma or equivalent
-1-3 years of experience in a dental setting
-Strong understanding of dental procedures and insurance billing
-Excellent communication and customer service skills
-Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, One Drives and Excel
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Salary: $24.50/ hour (depending on experience)
