Contract to Hire
Receive and record incoming purchase orders/ materials and distributing items to respective
departments
Pick, check and pack orders for shipment and ensure proper application of product expiration date to
shipments
Process packages through FedEx systems and other systems and methods if necessary
Maintain warehouse inventory and internal product transfers including the physical warehouse
locations
Ensures required internal order cut-offs and lead times are respected and met to ensure customer
satisfaction
Interacts with cross-functional stakeholders including Customer Service, Sales, QC and QA
Keep warehouse neat and organized
Stock incoming finished product in walk-in cooler
Follow written procedures and SOP’s
Meets or exceeds departmental goals and performance standards as outlined in Performance
Agreement
Proactively identifies continual learning and education materials and courses
Attend and participate in department and company meetings
Other duties may be assigned
Skills and Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
1-2 years of prior experience preferred
Warehouse receiving and shipping experience
Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
Attention to detail and accuracy and strong organizational skills
Computer literate including Basic math skills
Self-driven with ability to work autonomously
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up 50 pounds on occasion
Ability to work in a cold environment (35 – 41?F)
