We are seeking an organized and motivated Administrative Assistant to join our team. This part-time role will involve supporting our office operations and reporting directly to the owner and warehouse manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain organized and accurate filing systems
Record and track customer payments
Manage inventory levels efficiently
Respond to customer inquiries professionally
Assist the sales team with various administrative tasks
Update and maintain QuickBooks records
Send reminder emails for overdue invoices
Qualifications:
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word
Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask
Basic knowledge of QuickBooks
Spanish language skills are a plus
Currently enrolled in college preferred
Previous experience is a plus.
Note: This is a part-time position requiring, one or two days a week.
