Req Number 145422Job DescriptionParticipates in the production and distribution of radiopharmaceuticals and Research radiopharmaceuticals, under the supervision of a Radiochemist.Job Responsibility1.Receives and processes radiopharmaceutical input supplies; verifies accuracy of deliveries according to established acceptance criteria.2.Records receipt of chemicals, reagents, precursors, and related supplies in department computer system; transports and stores items in appropriate location according to established policies and procedures.3.Participates in manufacturing and distributing PET radiopharmaceuticals and Research radiopharmaceuticals, under the supervision of Radiochemist.4.Sets up equipment, reagents, and related supplies.5.Performs related quality control testing of radiopharmaceuticals produced.6.Packages and ships certified radiopharmaceuticals to external pharmaceutical distributor.7.Records all activities in department computer system in accordance with internal and external requirements.8.Performs related equipment maintenance and environmental monitoring and reports any deviations to management.9.Adheres to all applicable regulations, policies, and procedures for health, safety, and environmental compliance.10.Performs related duties as required.
