Req Number 123842Job DescriptionPerforms senior functions in air conditioning shop including, control of heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and automated alarm systems.Job Responsibility
Performs senior functions relating to the HVAC Shop for various assignments throughout the facility.
Performs maintenance on all air conditioning, refrigeration, heating and ventilating systems in the Hospital; conducts periodic maintenance work on all equipment in Air Conditioning Shop.
Coordinates and collaborates with other staff to assure that departmental outcomes are achieved.
Performs emergency repairs; responds in emergency situations and expedites as quickly as possible in conjunction with other trades.
Demonstrates working knowledge of all power saws, pipe cutting machines, grinders, and specialty tools.

Job Qualification
Associate's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
3-5 years of relevant experience, required.
