The Manager, Account Management ensures the Account Management team maintains client satisfaction and drives maximum revenue while liaising with internal teams to innovate our unique ad technology.Job DescriptionCore Responsibilities

Manage and mentor a team of account managers, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback

Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, promoting professional development and continuous improvement

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs, goals, and challenges

Serve as the primary point of contact for high-profile accounts, addressing issues and resolving conflicts in a timely manner

Develop and implement account strategies to meet clients’ objectives and drive business growth

Collaborate with clients to create and execute media plans that align with their marketing and advertising goals

Monitor account performance metrics, analyze data, and provide insights and recommendations for optimization

Prepare and present regular reports to clients and senior management, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement

Wo rk closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery of media solutions and services

Coordinate with other departments to address client needs and enhance overall service quality

Identify opportunities to streamline account management processes and improve efficiency

Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance client satisfaction and account performance

Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.

Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.

Skills:

Strong leadership and team management abilities

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in media planning and buying, with a solid understanding of media metrics and analytics

Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously, with a keen eye for detail

Proficiency in CRM software, media planning tools, and Microsoft Office Suite

Job Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field

Minimum of 3 years of experience in Account Management or Media Sales
