Job Title: Patient Care Coordinator Job Description:The Patient Care Coordinator will preform daily administrative duties including calling patients, handling patient inquiries, answering phones. Schedule appointments efficiently, and effectively coordinate with office staff, physicians, surgery center and patients. Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am/10am - 4pm/6pm (Flexible to rotating Saturdays) Must Have:

2 years experience working as a Patient Care Coordinator or Medical Receptionist

2 years of experience working in a Plastic Surgery office

Insurance verification experience

Prior authorization experience

Great communication and personal skills

Responsibilities:

Checking patients in and out

Handling patient documents

Answering and handling inbound and outbound calls

Scheduling patient appointments

Ability to greet patients into a warm and welcoming environment

Insurance verification and prior authorization

Soft Skills:

Positive and personable demeanor

Exceptional customer care
