Job DescriptionPrincipal Organizational Effectiveness Specialist Exciting Opportunity at MSK We are seeking aPrincipal Organizational Effectiveness Specialistto join the d e partment of Digital Informatics and Technology Solutions (DigITs) Core Operations Team. In this role you will be responsible to lead the overall health and effectiveness of the DigITs operating model, working closely with senior DigITs leadership to ensure key services and workflows operate seamlessly while organizational performance is continuously monitored and improved. Role Overview:

Track and communicate any changes to the operating model, including structure, services, and key accountabilities.

Develop a strategy for ongoing measurement and improvement of organizational goals .

Establish metrics to assess organization-wide performance,

Regularly monitor progress and create action plans to maintain organizational health and effectiveness.

Conduct thorough analyses of organizational structures.

Identify opportunities for performance improvement and alignment with business goals.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess workflows and intake processes.

Design and implement strategies to enhance productivity.

Work with various functions to create customized plans addressing unique organizational challenges and needs.

Utilize data and analytics to track progress, identify trends, and optimize plans as needed.

Collaborating with functional teams across DigITs, i dentify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure the smooth operation of the organization.

Key Qualifications:

10+ years of working in organizational effectiveness, change management, or process improvement roles.

Change Management Expertise: Ability to navigate organizational changes with sensitivity and agility and implement change initiatives.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, diagnose organizational challenges, and propose effective solutions.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.

Proficiency in using organizational assessment tools, project management software, and data analysis tools.

Demonstrated project Management expertise, including the ability to lead multiple initiatives.

Core Skills:

A thoughtful decision-maker delivering timely multifaceted solutions.

A deep understanding of organizational behavior, culture, and dynamics.

Ability to communicate with management and make independent decisions.

Adept at planning and prioritizing work to meet commitments aligned with organizational goals.

A successful collaborator with the ability to engage others with different points of view and priorities.

Reporting to Director, IT Core Operations

Schedule: Hybrid, Once a week on-site or as per business requirements

Pay Range $145,000 - $239,300
