Job DescriptionExciting opportunity at MSK: Join our team as aProject Manager, Leadership Annual Giving! We’re looking for a dynamic professional to play a key role in managing and executing a comprehensive multi-channel LAG program and develop strategies for supporting and prospecting mid-level donors. Role Overview:

Coordinate all LG projects, including donor outreach, prospecting, development collaborations, data clean-up, and other projects as assigned.

Partner with the Analytics team, Direct Response team and LG leadership to create data driven strategies for calls, mail and emails.

Partner with the Prospect Development team and LG leadership to identify the most promising LAG donors for gift officer portfolios.

Partner with Events teams to create strategies for maximizing engagement for LG donors.

Generate reports and maintain appropriate metrics to continually monitor the effectiveness of the LG and LAG programs and progress towards goals.

Take ownership of tasks and projects and meet deadlines, using project management tools.

Make recommendations to leadership for improving the efficiency and effectiveness of LG outreach and related processes.

Support LAG Officers by participating in donor outreach during high volume periods.

Train and mentor junior staff.

Key Qualifications:

4-6 years relevant Development, Project Management and/or Leadership Annual Giving experience.

Core Skills:

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and the ability to interact across all levels in a confident, professional manner.

Outstanding attention to detail and strong analytical skills.

Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines with initiative, accountability and enthusiasm.

Critical thinking and collaborative approach with an eagerness to learn and willingness to constantly improve.

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

Familiarity with Blackbaud CRM, Luminate Online and Smartsheet or other Project Management Tools.

Enthusiasm and dedication to MSK's vision, mission and values.

Additional Information :

Location: 633 Third Avenue, NYC

Schedule: Hybrid, at least 2 onsite visits per year

Reporting to the Associate Director, Leadership Annual Giving

Pay Range: $80,300.00 - $128,400.00

Learn more about Development and Leadership Annual Giving team : Our development team helps accelerate research and optimize patient care by raising funds to support the work at MSK. We are responsible for major gifts, institutional giving, fundraising events, annual giving, planned giving, and direct marketing.

The Leadership Annual Giving (LAG) Team renews annual philanthropic support for MSK in the $1,000 - $10,000 gift range, while also prospecting for major giving opportunities. LAG partners closely with prospect development, direct marketing, events and gift planning to steward a pool of over 20,000 donors.
