This team works collectively to ensure that we have a thorough understanding of and a pulse on the media landscape, make smart investments with media partners, negotiating mutually favorable terms, and plan and execute client media buys that best deliver on their business and marketing objectives. This is a hybrid role, requiring three days in-office each week. Developing Teams & Talent

Contribute to training and assisting Associates with any role-specific questions.

Supports goals of Associates.

2. Delivering on Our Value Proposition

Understand partner portfolio offerings through attending meetings and taking note.

Understands campaign management practices and can identify performance issues with partner.

Learn how to form recommendation that align with APEX goals.

Support executing campaign management and delivery in full of select standard-level accounts.

Learn fundamentals of financials.

Understands account management principals and can execute performance and delivery of select standard-level accounts.

3. Managing Business & Operations

Understand campaign lifecycle and execute post-sale process for select standard-level accounts.

Understands billing process through executing RFI process, reconciliation of invoices in OX/Prisma and approvals on the Unbilled Report for select standard-level accounts.

Proficient in OX/Prisma (Activation), Salesforce, etc.

Keeps Salesforce up to date for assigned accounts.

QualificationsTECHNICAL SKILL REQUIREMENTSWe value diversity of thought and experiences at APEX! If you learned about media from the sales or agency side, that’s great but we do need folks with basic level of understanding of how media investment works.

1+ years of experience with Basic knowledge of media is critical for success in this role

Diverse backgrounds and experience are welcome including Agency Planning/Investment, Media Sales, Consulting and/or Media Client Side

Basic knowledge of Salesforce

Strong media financial acumen is mandatory

Business financial acumen

Basic understanding of the media landscape

Compensation Range: $46,500 - $67,500 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting.
