What We’re Looking For:

Experience: A minimum of 3 years in an upscale and casual dining environment.

Cuisine Knowledge: Familiarity with Japanese cuisine, classic cocktails, and sake is a plus.

Service Excellence: Ability to deliver attentive, gracious, and elevated service in a high-volume setting.

Technical Skills: Strong working knowledge of Point of Sale (POS) systems.

Attention to Detail: Organized, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining high standards.

Confidence & Communication: Ability to confidently describe and present dishes to guests.

Team Spirit: A positive attitude and willingness to collaborate as a team.

Client Relations: Build rapport with guests and create lasting, memorable experiences.

Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional service by embodying the principles of Shoshin, always remaining open to learning and improving.

Handle daily sidework and ensure service standards are consistently met, always seeking opportunities for Kaizen (small improvements).

Engage with guests to create a meaningful, memorable dining experience, bringing purpose to each interaction (Ikigai).

Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace.

Collaborate with a team of like-minded individuals committed to growth and excellence.

Requirements:

Availability to work weekends and holidays, with a flexible 3-4 day schedule.

A strong work ethic, passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences, and a desire to contribute to a culture of Kaizen and continuous improvement.
