Chef / KM Needed for Modern All Day Cafe

We are looking for a Chef / Kitchen Manager to run a small kitchen and team (2-3) in a new all day cafe serving fresh, seasonal food with a focus on breakfast brunch. It is a small kitchen and you will be managing a team of 2-3 cooks. It is a role where service will be required for 4 days a week with 1 day to work on admin. You will be responsible for seasonal menu development, scheduling and costings, ordering and inventory reports. It is a morning/day time position. We are looking for someone who has interest in creating breakfast/brunch/lunch seasonal dishes to be executed at a high pace location. Our cuisine leans to modern health focused dishes with presentation as a priority. Great benefits including paid annual leave, 401K etc. $30 p/h.
