Job Summary:
We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Food Truck Staff. The role involves working in a dynamic food truck environment, providing excellent customer service, and assisting in food sales.
Duties:
Serve customers with a friendly and positive attitude
Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
Maintain cleanliness and organization within the food truck
Perform other work-related duties as assigned
Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
Upsell menu items to increase sales
Follow food safety standards and guidelines
Help with inventory management and restocking supplies
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations
Qualifications:
Experience in sales, kitchen, grocery store, or related field is advantageous
Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations
Familiarity with retail math for handling transactions
Ability to work well in a team environment and provide excellent customer service
Proficiency in operating Point of Sale (POS) systems is a plus
Prior experience in the food industry or food handling is beneficial
Valid Driver's License required
Ability to drive food truck to/from event location(s) is a plus
Ability to Commute
Must speak English
Pay: $20.00 per hour
