This role is based at our Williamsburg location.

Requirements
Proven working experience as a dishwasher- porter
Understanding of hygiene and food safety rules
Multi-tasking abilities
High integrity with a great attendance record
Ability to listen and communicate effectively
Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced work environment with co worker and guests
Responsibilities
- Dishwashers scrape and pre-rinse food from dirty dishes and fully washes, sanitizes and dries dishes
- Washes pots, pans, trays, work area tables, walls, refrigerator equipment, ovens, bathrooms, cooling equipment, and floors by hand and/or machine
- Cleans garbage cans and trash receptacles and removes trash and garbage to dumpster area
- Helps keep clean floors, walls, bathroom and maintain facility
- Deep cleans kitchen equipment and assists with kitchen cleaning periodically
Able to lift 50+ lbs
Able to work nights, weekends and holidays, and variable schedule, per the needs of the business
Organizational skills
Polished personal presentation; grooming meets Company standards, as outlined by Employee Handbook
Willingness to work in outdoor climate conditions
Must have a positive attitude and work well within a team
Physical Demands and Work Environment
- Must be able to continuously reach, bend, lift, carry, go up and down stairs with the potential for slipping or tripping
- Employee must frequently wash their hands and lift or move up to 35 pounds
Assists in washing vegetables and light food preparation
