ESTACIÓN DE PARRILLA POR LA NOCHE
Experiencia previa trabajando en la estación de parrilla y plancha en cocinas de Nueva York.
Se requiere conocer las temperaturas de hamburguesas, salmón y filetes. Esta estación es muy ocupada no para todo el dia .
Se va a trabajar en las dos estaciones al mismo tiempo en horas busy el sous chef le ayudará
Trabajar bien bajo presión.
Que sepa trabajar en equipo.
Seguir las instrucciones de los chefs.
Esta estación es muy concurrida y se requiere experiencia gente que haya trabajado en estas estaciones
