High Volume Cocktail Lounge is seeking experienced servers.
As a server, you will be interacting with customers and will be expected to maintain a professional and friendly attitude. You will be also be expected to have a comprehensive knowledge of the bar’s spirits, food and cocktails.
Cocktail Server Job Responsibilities and Duties:
Processes orders and payments
Organizes drinks and glasswares
Attends to guests and addresses their questions and needs
Assists in maintaining the cleanliness of the bar and other work areas
Maintains compliance with applicable health codes and our in-house policies handbook
Cocktail Waitress Job Requirements:
Prior relevant experience
Outstanding communication skills
Basic math skills
Able to work mid day and late-night shifts and extended hours
Able to walk and stand for long hours
