Fritz Cocktail Bar is part of our small, independent Brooklyn hospitality group — two Black Forest Brooklyn Biergartens and our Berlin-inspired cocktail bar where precision, warmth, and real hospitality come first.
We’re building a smart, skilled, genuinely friendly team that takes pride in doing things the right way — with urgency, consistency, and integrity.
We’re looking for experienced Cocktail Bartenders who can keep up, stay sharp, and deliver every drink with skill and intention.

Fast, focused, and friendly — even when it’s packed
Reliable, punctual, and professional
Able to follow systems, stay organized, and keep the bar tight
Proud of your craft and respectful toward guests + coworkers
