Hell's Kitchen Hospitality manages several Midtown locations such as Dolly Varden, Mom's Kitchen and Bar, Lady Blue. HKH also operates several Queens locations including Mom's Astoria, and Halsey's
Our ideal candidate must have at least 3 years of experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef looking to advance into this role.
Qualifications/Job Duties
Ensure Dep. of Health Standards are met and holds a Food Handler's Certificate
Experience tracking COGS and P &L's and adhering to budgets
Experience with scheduling, hiring, and training team members
Strong communications skills (Able to write and cost recipes and answer emails)
Strong Leadership skills and leads by example
Menu Development Skills
Manage BOH Schedules
Manage Day Operations (ordering, creating and maintaining systems, increasing efficiency and productivity)
Oversee all BOH employees
Ideal candidate speaks Spanish
This is a working Chef position. You will be expected to expedite busy services and ensure smooth service and quality of all dishes. 45-hour work weeks with two days off.
