Inatteso is a modern Italian neighborhood restaurant specializing in pizza, fresh pasta, and seasonal specials. We are seeking experienced individuals to join our small kitchen team. Ideal candidates should have at least 2 years’ experience in fine dining or in reputable restaurants. Experience in sauté, grill, basic butchery, required. Full weekend availability is required for consideration.
Basic duties include:
-preparing mise in place for stations
-executing service
-assist in overseeing standards and procedure
