Italian restaurant in Astoria, is seeking an experienced Line Cook with ability to work at all stations especially Pasta / Sauté and Brunch Menu
Requirements:
Prepare sauces and different ragouts.
Able to cook fresh pasta, risottos, meat and fish entrees using authentic Italian ingredients and recipes.
Must keep the highest sanitary and safety standards.
References will be requested.
5 years minimum experience
