Position Overview
The Line Cook will be responsible for:
Preparing and plating raw fish and raw meat dishes with accuracy and style
Shucking oysters confidently, safely, and efficiently
Executing salads and cold antipasti with attention to detail and rhythm
Maintaining a visually clean and organized workstation throughout service
Responsibilities
Prepare mise en place and execute dishes during service, with emphasis on seafood and crudo.
Maintain consistency, speed, and quality across all stations.
Handle high-quality ingredients with respect and precision.
Follow all food safety and sanitation standards.
Work collaboratively with chefs, sous chefs, and teammates to ensure smooth service.
Contribute to menu development and daily specials when appropriate.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Knife mastery – confident cuts, clean technique, respect for product
Strong sense of visual organization – plating and mise en place always sharp, balanced, and refined
High hygiene standards – personal and station presentation must reflect professionalism
Open mindset – willing to learn and adapt to our systems and philosophy
Experience – minimum 3 years in a professional kitchen (fine casual or upscale preferred)
Communication – basic English for guest and team interaction
Solid knowledge of Italian flavors and ingredients is a plus.
Team player with a positive attitude and a sense of urgency.
Punctual, professional, and detail-oriented.
