Il Corallo Trattoria is looking for a server to join our team. Il Corallo Trattoria is a bustling casual full-service Italian restaurant located in Soho that has been successfully operating since 1992.
This is an opportunity to join a well seasoned hospitality team with highly competitive tips/wages & a stable schedule with reasonable hours.
We are looking for self directed, mature, results driven individuals with a strong work ethic who thrive in a fast paced work environment.
Availability on this Schedule (SATURDAY, SUNDAY & MONDAY) is a MUST
Due to the operational needs of the business during the HOLIDAYS period, time-off requests will not be available for this position
Our business operates year-round and remains open every day except Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day
3+ years of verifiable experience working as server in a NYC restaurant
Knowledge of Italian food and wine a PLUS, willingness to learn a MUST
A pleasant & professional demeanor with both guests and co-workers
Fluency in English and Spanish is a MUST
Strong understanding of proper steps of service & health code standards
