New Authentic & upscale Mexican Cantina located in old Greenwich, CT is currently interviewing for the following positions:
Maitre'd: Oversee daily service. Setting up the dining room and arranging / laying tables. Welcoming / greeting customers. Handling reservations and table allocations. Coordinating dining room service. Ensuring immaculate customer service. Coordinating the activities of dining room staff. Working with the chef and sommelier on menu and wine list creation.
Expeditor: this is a full time position running/controlling a very busy kitchen. Weekends required. Experience required!
Servers &; bartenders: Requires a minimum of three years experience in a fine dining/upscale environment. Must be presentable, well groomed. Presentation is a big part of this position. Knowledge of mexican food a big bonus. Must be available on weekends. Full time position.
Bussers: Experience preferred but will train.
